    We specialize in covering a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, graduation parties, baby showers, birthday parties, and other private parties.


    Our standard rate is $125/hour, with a 2-hour minimum for all event bookings. Please note: We do not offer services before 5 AM or after midnight.


    While many events occur within our local area, travel costs may apply depending on the location of your event. We calculate mileage and logistics from Uptown McAllen (at the intersection of N. Tenth Street and W. Nolana Avenue).


    To help you get a better idea of what to expect, here are a few sample bookings:


    Wedding in Mission, TX

    • 8 hours of photography
    • Total: $1,000
    • (No travel fee)


    Birthday Party in San Juan, TX

    • 2 hours of photography
    • Total: $250
    • (No travel fee)


    Quinceañera in Brownsville, TX

    • 8 hours of photography + travel
    • Total: $1,075
    • (Includes $75 travel fee)

    • 4 hours of photography + travel
    • Total: $600
    • (Includes $100 travel fee)


    Yes, a non-refundable $40 deposit to save the date is required and will be deducted from the total price due.


    We’re proud to serve events across South Texas! Here’s how our travel fee structure works, based on your event’s distance from Uptown McAllen area:


    0–40 miles | Free


    41–70 miles | $75


    71–100 miles | $100


    101–125 miles | $125


    126–200 miles | $200


    200+ miles | Let’s Talk


    If your event is more than 200 miles away, we’re still open to capturing your special day. Let’s chat and determine the best option together.

    • Highlight Photos:
      Within 12 hours after your event, we’ll send you a few highlight images so you can start sharing right away.


    • Full Gallery Delivery:
      Our standard turnaround for full event galleries is 2–3 business days after the event.


    • Rush Delivery:
      Need your full gallery sooner? We offer rush delivery options for an additional fee of $50, typically this is same-day or next-day delivery, depending on when the event ends. Just let us know in advance or at the time of booking.


    Yes, although we specialize in photography, we also offer videography services for events upon request.


    All video projects require a brief planning meeting before we begin.


    This helps us understand your vision—including the desired video length, key shots, transitions, music choice, audio elements, and overall visual tone. These creative and logistical details allow us to deliver a final product that aligns with your expectations.


    Turnaround time for completed video projects is typically between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.


    Please note: We currently do not offer rush delivery services for video.

      • Additional photos are $15 each.
    • Your own private photo gallery

    • Delivery within two to five business days
    • Custom location of your choice (on-campus, landmark, park, or other natural setting)
    • Optional cap & gown, casual, or career-themed looks
    • Posing guidance and friendly support throughout the shoot
    • Editing and online delivery of all final images
