We specialize in covering a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, graduation parties, baby showers, birthday parties, and other private parties.
Our standard rate is $125/hour, with a 2-hour minimum for all event bookings. Please note: We do not offer services before 5 AM or after midnight.
While many events occur within our local area, travel costs may apply depending on the location of your event. We calculate mileage and logistics from Uptown McAllen (at the intersection of N. Tenth Street and W. Nolana Avenue).

Yes, a non-refundable $40 deposit to save the date is required and will be deducted from the total price due.
We’re proud to serve events across South Texas! Here’s how our travel fee structure works, based on your event’s distance from Uptown McAllen area:
0–40 miles | Free
41–70 miles | $75
71–100 miles | $100
101–125 miles | $125
126–200 miles | $200

Yes, although we specialize in photography, we also offer videography services for events upon request.
All video projects require a brief planning meeting before we begin.
This helps us understand your vision—including the desired video length, key shots, transitions, music choice, audio elements, and overall visual tone. These creative and logistical details allow us to deliver a final product that aligns with your expectations.
Turnaround time for completed video projects is typically between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
Please note: We currently do not offer rush delivery services for video.
